Uncle Rascal won the contest on the weeping Uncles Blog. I don't know how he did it because Uncle Cares-a-Lot was winning and somehow his votes were removed. So were the votes for none of the above. Uncle Rascal is pretty good at computers - and he has a lot of friends . . .well at least six . . . counting himself.
